What you'll do
We are looking for a Systems Test Engineering Manager who is eager to contribute to a small, fast-paced team! As a member of a fast-paced Test Engineering team, you will lead the test team to work closely with the product design team to interpret module requirements and turn them into corresponding product verification test plans. Support to Production Test Plans and Production Test Equipment requirements will be required.
The day-to-day
- Develop, test and certify a NGE High-Speed encryptor to support government enterprise networks
- Work with the design team during the Design Verification Test phase to validate products
- Once Production Test Requirements are defined, you will drive the effort to develop and build custom test hardware and test automation software to meet these requirements
- Participate in After Market Service approaches, strategy and execution to support these products
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related subject area or equivalent years of experience
- 10+ years of integration and test experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with networking (TCP, UDP, Multicast, etc.) and network devices.
- Knowledge and experience with a programming or scripting language (Python, C/C++, Java, Perl, or other)
- US citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Salary range
$128,800.00 - $224,000.00 / annually
