Position Description: | The Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa invites applications for one non-tenure track Visiting Faculty Position in Business Communication at the level of Visiting Instructor starting August 21, 2024. Position is for 100% time (teaching 4 undergraduate business communication courses in both the Fall and Spring semesters) and includes a 1-year, non-renewable contract with benefits. For more information about the Visiting Faculty policy, refer to the Policy Manual 10.12. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appropriate background checks (e.g. criminal background and credential checks) will be conducted. The primary teaching area is business communication. In addition to teaching, faculty members are expected to participate in committee service and curriculum development.
