PURPOSE OF POSITION: To Supervise the Guest Services Staff. Ensure guest, owner and employee satisfaction by providing a helpful informative and safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Service and Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To Supervise the Guest Services Staff. Ensure guest, owner and employee satisfaction by providing a helpful informative and safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Service and Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively manage the Guest Services/Front Desk staff; supervise, assist with training and scheduling for the team
- Assist with refining checklists, SOP's and guidelines
- Checking guests and owners in and out using Deer Valleys warm welcome guidelines
- Giving guest and owners directions, information and instructions
- Concierge duties including making reservations for restaurants and activities
- Assist guests with any reasonable requests
- Assist with guest and owner luggage
- Settle guest balances upon departure
- Handling of cash and credit card transactions
- Cross train with the housekeeping team and assist as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience as a front desk agent or supervising role
- Must be organized with attention to detail
- Must be able to work with a variety of personalities
- Ability to supervise staff
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Knowledge of the Park City area
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly (spoken and written communication)
- Working knowledge of computers and computer operating systems
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to work nights (ski season) weekends and holidays
- Willingness to cross train and work with the housekeeping team

PAY RATE:
- $22.00 per hour
