Job Summary

We are currently hiring an in-house temporary Operations Support Specialist for our Blytheville team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to provide operational support related to recruiting, VMS, payroll, and administrative tasks for the assigned branch or onsite account.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Participate in branch recruiting events and general recruiting as needed
  • Promote referral bonus programs
  • Ensure effective use of candidate outreach using various tools / technology - Sense, WorkNow; targeting employees within database
  • Daily reporting of hiring results and activities to be reviewed in branch huddles /meetings, including review of goals compared to results
  • Track referrals weekly and identify individuals for referral recognition
  • Monitor open VMS orders and submittals and responsible for match set up in Erecruit.
  • Trains team on proper procedures required by VMS and are key point of contact with corporate VMS team.
  • Reconciliation report responsibility, run and provide customer requested reports for branch accounts and payment of branch bills
  • Payment of branch bills
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
