Athletics Program Operations Managers hold a variety of duties for our Wisconsin Football team. Responsibilities may include anything from player analysis to developing relationships with external partners and recruits.
Responsibilities: Manages team scheduling, travel logistics, budget and maintenance, and monitoring of compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program.Diversity is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation for UW-Madison. Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in collegiate athletics
Knowledge and Skills:
* Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints.
* Must be knowledgeable of rules and regulations of the Big Ten and NCAA.
* Proven strong organizational skills.
* Effective oral and written communication.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.

Salary:Minimum $63,800 ANNUAL (12 months)

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
