Job Purpose and Overview

The Financial Analyst II - Key Accounts will work within the Commercial Finance team and be a key business partner supporting Key Accounts with responsibilities in P&L management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment providing recommendations to support strategic decision making. They will be externally focused and business partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D & Commercial leadership at all levels.

This position is hybrid and will require reporting to the Jackson, MI office approximately 2 days per week. Additionally, onsite training for the first week of employment will be conducted in Jackson, Michigan. This position has upto 15% travel.

• Provide business partnering to deliver profitable financial growth while providing a varied spectrum of financial control.
• Deliver operational support to the Commercial team (Sales & Marketing).
• Conduct pricing analysis at micro & macro levels.
• Analyze key business drivers & present clear, concise recommendations based on findings to influence business decisions.
• Develop business analytics to support key decision-making & profitability governance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Demonstrates the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence.

What Does It Take to be a Financial Analyst II- Key Accounts at Dawn Foods?

Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of financial experience is required.
• Commercial business understanding.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication.
• Ability to provide financial support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines.
• Excel experience, comfortable analyzing large data sets, utilizing pivot tables & charts, creating graphs, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.
• P&L management, accounting, commercial operations, and supply chain experience highly preferred.
