Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join the Markets Advisory team. As the Content Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the content strategy across various marketing channels supporting our Business Line and Brand strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and create engaging and impactful content that aligns with our brand identity, supports our marketing objectives, and resonates with our target audience while ensuring we have the right type of content for each stage of the buyer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful content strategies, managing content creation processes, and driving content performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
Develop an overarching content strategy that aligns with the Business Line's and Brand marketing objectives, target audience, and messaging.
Collaborate with product marketing, digital, and research teams to map & identify content needs and opportunities throughout the demand funnel.
Partner with the Audience Insights team to understand market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform the content strategy.
Content Planning: Create a content blueprint and calendar to outline the production and distribution of content across different channels and platforms. Identify content gaps and opportunities and recommend the appropriate content formats, including articles, blogs, videos, infographics, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and social media posts.
Manage content production across internal resources and external agencies, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.
Partner with Digital Marketing to optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure thought leadership is audience centered.
Manage editorial and governance review against JLL standards and ensure audience engagement and progression.
Track and analyze content performance metrics, leveraging data to inform content strategies and optimizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful content strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track content performance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
Self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
