DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team is a Strategic Business Initiative focused on providing improved care to some of our most complex and vulnerable patients through Value-Based Care. Our three primary pillars are to 1) improve patient quality of life, 2) provide better clinical outcomes, and 3) lower the total cost of care for both our End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patient populations. The Business Operations team is a sub-team of IKC focused on special projects related to - but not limited to - strategic innovation, operational process improvement, and scaling IKC's business. Our projects are considered high-priority work that provides DaVita with key analytical insights, process improvements, and operational workflows. The work we do helps shape DaVita's future and plays a primary role in driving improvement within IKC's three primary pillars.

DaVita's IKC footprint is ever-growing, and the Business Operations team is looking for an Analyst, Program Management who is eager to enable IKC's success and operational scalability. We are looking for a team player who can help improve our technical, operational, and reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess the analytical skills (Excel, SQL preferred) and attention to detail necessary to develop new reports, streamline/automate existing processes, build internal auditing tools, and provide key analytical insights. In addition to strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively - both within and outside our team - to share findings and develop solutions is strongly desired.

The Analyst will work on a team consisting of multiple other Analysts and Coordinators and will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and key leaders throughout IKC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance IKC's key operational models, internal audits, and various analytical tools.

  • Gain a strong understanding of IKC's highly complex operational logic and use your expertise to drive process efficiency and improvement within the Business Operations team's KPIs.

  • Perform ad hoc data analyses to support key decision-making and performance improvement across IKC.

  • Collaborate closely with teammates across lanes (e.g., leadership, care teams, corporate partners) to drive operational and clinical results. Share analytical insights with key partners to promote awareness and drive process/KPI improvement.

  • Use analytical insight to:identify critical bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions to optimize existing or new clinical/operational processes, and support implementation of new solutions that drive toward the team's goal of long-term scalability.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis

  • Advanced Excel skillset

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to think critically and ask the right questions

  • SQL experience preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$55,000.00-$75,500.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
