Recruiter 1, RPO

We're looking for a Recruiter 1, RPO for a remote role in Wisconsinto join our DZConneX team.

As the Recruiter 1, RPO, here's the work you'll do:

  • Utilize pro-active recruiting techniques
  • Carry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities
  • ATS folder clean-out, offer letter / employment agreement creation, screening of resumes, phone screening of candidates, onboarding assistance, source for passive candidates, create candidate pipelines
  • Work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contribute to the overall success of the client needs
  • Support the recruitment of DZConneX's client
  • Adhere to OFCCP guidelines and company standards

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment process - in Corporate, RPO, or Staffing
  • Experience supporting high volume, non-exempt positions
  • Ability to demonstrate competencyin execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.),
  • Ability to effectively utilize recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc., Including conducting sourcing campaigns and brainstorming strategies
  • Ability to understand the client's needs, consult with hiring managers and react appropriately in an environmentof competingpriorities
And if you have these qualifications:
  • 1 - 3years of recruitment experience (Corporate, RPO, or Staffing)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer serviceexperience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruitment process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Power Point
  • A working knowledge and familiaritywith applicant tracking systems

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $65,000 - 68,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
