Job Description

This position is seeking a recent College Graduate/Entry Level candidate. Individual must have strong communication and presentation skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. This individual will work with multiple cross-functional teams, Manufacturing and Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance/Accounting, Product Mgmt., and Engineering teams to fully understand production demand and supply requirements.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assist in compilation of Product forecast, review historical trends, research demand drivers and prepare forecast data to develop consensus forecast model.
  • Develop and maintain various reports used for day-to-day operations by the department.
  • Analyze Salesforce opportunities, forecast and material availability to manage inventory.
  • Participate in conference calls with Contract Manufacturing and ODM partners to help prioritize production schedules based on component allocations and changes in the demand forecast.
  • Gather and communicate information on materials availability, delivery schedules, delivery methods and drive resolution where required.
  • Expedite and follow up on deliveries as appropriate to meet demand forecast.
  • Review, maintain and level inventory across Global Logistics Centers.
  • Work with Order Management Team to resolve Sales Order fulfillment challenges as needed.
  • Manage and Maintain SKUs and BOMs in Oracle.

Knowledge/Qualifications/Job Skills/Competencies:

  • BS or BA degree with emphasis in Supply Chain Mgmt. preferred
  • 0-3 years experience in a Supply Chain field
  • Intermediate in MS Office and Oracle
  • Flexible: willing to adapt as required and able to work in fast-paced job environment.
  • Ability to communicate in a succinct and organized manner both verbally and written at all levels of the organization.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy while working under tight time deadlines.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve and think independently.
  • Highly motivated, willing to drive continuous Improvement for both self and company.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $65,000 - $100,000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company's discretion
