JOB TITLE: [Associate] - {MT7669298}

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to structure and execute complex transactions in the leverage loan and high yield bond space including maturity extensions, acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, and opportunistic refinancing while actively monitoring credit markets and investor activity. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience structuring financial transactions in a client-facing role and performing due diligence on target companies by gathering available financial statements to assess credit risks; leveraging internal processes of a regulated financial institution to evaluate the risk of transactions and retrieving the required internal approvals; conducting valuation and pricing of transactions under different product structures; utilizing key financial data portals including Bloomberg to collect relevant financial data that will be used in presentations and financial models; building complex models in Excel and presenting pitches and ideas to both clients and internal stakeholders during bank committees and meetings; and evaluating the extent to which different financial market sectors including treasury, equity, and high yield debt interact to different economic events including Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) decisions, company earnings release, war news, default news, non-farm payrolls news, and GDP news. Salary range: $225,000.00 - $240,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
