Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ownership
- Create and manage the Release process within, implementations and deployments for application changes in different Agile projects in the Cloud, SAS/LBaaS and Network space
- Work closely with the development teams, scrum masters, project managers, and product owners to plan and coordinate the releases and oversee release dependencies
- Created and maintain release calendar and ensured to get approvals for Remedy change management tickets
- Communicate upcoming releases to stakeholders
- Focus on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field/technical training
- Minimum of 10 years' experience required in Technical role supporting network project/programs
- Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures
- Strong background in IT service delivery role
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to communicate and influence upward as well as laterally
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong technical acumen
- Ability to partner with others for the good of the initiative
- Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Safe Agile methodologies
Desired Skills:
- Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL, technical certifications such as CCNA
