Business Development Manager

Shift: 1st

Pay: $120k base + Commission

Job Description:
  • Interface with new and existing accounts to help build our product's market presence in North America.
  • Communicate product specification changes & interface with manufacturing and engineering on sales plans/troubleshooting.
  • Develop a technical product and market understanding to effectively support remote field team.
  • Manage long-term (2+ year) product development projects to fit customer applications.
  • Validate product performance in field operation.
  • Develop new relationships with operations and maintenance accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with Management to build a comprehensive strategic and tactical Sales plan in order to achieve new results and efficiencies for Sales.
  • Review Pricing & Costing for major products.
  • Analyze market trends / shifts; provide market intelligence & data on competitive activity.
  • Presentation / participation in trade association events.
