Title: Assembler Test Technician

Pay Rate: $31.28/HR + 10% Shift Differential (after training) = $34.40/HR

Work Hours: (2nd Shift) 2:00pm - 10:30pm/PST

Location: Torrance CA, 100% Onsite

Job Type: 12+ Month / Contract to Direct Hire

Job Duties "At-a-Glance":
  • Precision assembly on production and repair actuators.
  • Adjust, align, shim and adjust mechanically per blueprints and work orders
  • Measuring equipment use ie; Dial Indicators and Calipers for proper assembly-build requirements
  • Dimensional accuracy of assemblies and use torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, and gauges
  • Perform different assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical valves, actuators, and systems
  • Use electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, tools and cleaning devices
Job Requirements

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience reading Blueprints + Schematics, using tools to test, validate and inspect products
  • 2 years experience using precision measuring equipment

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) License

Additional Info to know:
