We are currently seeking a EDW Reporting Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana (US-IN), United States (US).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Reporting Manager with extensive experience working with large state government clients and Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) solutions. This role will focus on providing and certifying Federal and State Reports supporting Medicaid, MMIS, social services, eligibility determination, and healthcare organizations.This individual will be responsible for quality assurance all new reports, effective use of resources to generate a variety of reports, listings, and quality control metrics along with ad hoc reports, managing and promulgating information reports and statistics policy and procedures, and effectively communicating with the State through formal correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of EDW reporting services to a large state government client, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, client satisfaction, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate closely with state government client stakeholders to understand their specific IT requirements, business objectives, and security compliance needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and state government regulations to continuously enhance EDW reporting strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful state and Federal reporting experience for government or private sector data warehouse projects
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum SDLC methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with large state government clients in the Indianapolis, IN area demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience with Medicaid, MMIS development, management of projects that required collaboration with other vendors, and management of projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Previous experience with management of social services, eligibility determination processes experience, and healthcare projects that required collaboration with other vendors and management of projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Valid ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate IT teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of state government IT security standards, compliance regulations, and guidelines (NIST, FISMA, etc.).
  • Proficiency in incident management, problem-solving, and ITIL-based service improvement methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of IT service delivery operations.
  • Willingness to live in the Indianapolis, IN area and travel to client sites within the region as needed.
