We are seeking a Senior Supervisor, Epicor - Remote. This position will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Epicor ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets the needs of various departments and supports business objectives. Technical expertise and attention to detail will be pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the Epicor environment. Oversee other resource(s) for operation of Epicor in a dynamic environment.

Your Impact
    Supervise the Epicor support required and assign tasks based on project priorities and deadlines
  • Provide "best practices" and data solutions to meet the needs across the business
  • User Support: Work with in IT to assist end-users, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Security and Access Control: Implement and manage user access controls, permissions, and security policies to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Integration and Data Management: Develop and manage data integrations between Epicor and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Be able to dig into transaction level data to understand and explain how certain numbers (especially financial) are derived.
  • Customization and Enhancements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements, customizations, and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements, with a focus on saving employee time and enhancing user experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance system speed and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Training: Provide training to end-users and other team members on Epicor system functionality and best practices.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with Epicor support and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and stay current with system advancements. This may include Epicor consultants.
  • Use working knowledge to investigate data issues in relational source systems
  • Complete quality projects on time and budget
  • Prioritize the team's project and production support including troubleshooting and resolution
Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. in computer science, information systems, or a related degree
  • Relevant experience with applicable college coursework or equivalent professional training may be substituted
  • 5 - 10 years of experience as an Epicor resource
  • Epicor Financials, SCM, Configurator, MRP
  • Experience producing written deliverables for requirements specifications and support documentation
  • Experience collaborating with both business and technology departments to define deliverables and develop solutions that are reusable across the organization
Additional Success Factors

Pay range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
