The Driver Check-In role is a specialized Customer Service Representative (CSR) position that involves providing onsite customer service, sales, cash handling, and gas card collection.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Enter orders for customers and transfer calls as needed.
- Assist callers with their queries by gathering all necessary details.
- Collect and log company property from drivers, including invoices, payments, credits, keys, I-Passes, and gas cards. Secure payments in cash bag given to Supervisor at end of shift.
- Compose and send end-of-shift email to include details of paid invoices, unpaid CODs, gas card inventory, and I-Pass inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write and understand English.
- Independent and highly motivated individual.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer skills and typing ability for data entry.
- Basic math skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to start early in the morning or stay late as needed.
- Ability and willingness to work Saturday.
