Ariba support - Contract Migration from SharePoint to Ariba - Requires basic understanding of contract legal terms as well as types agreement and how they tie together - Strong communication skills and ability to ask for direction/support - Detail oriented; Contractor will need to keep record of where and when things have been moved, what changes were made to agreements if any. - Prefer to have experience with Ariba and SharePoint. - Support any data cleanup workshops if as required. - Flexible and agile to adjust to different business/project needs. NDA Support - Work with the NDA center of excellence to draft and review NDAs based on standard templates and guidance
Education: Bachelor's preferred OR AT LEAST 3 years of relevant experience
