Location:

Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) - Management

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Treasury Analyst I will assist the Treasury Operations Supervisor by supporting corporate-wide cash management initiatives and the daily cash operations of the company. The position will have considerable contact with many other departments at the company, as well as cash management representatives from various banks. This position will also provide the candidate with an opportunity to gain exposure to all Treasury functions and develop skills that can lead to opportunities for advancement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain proficient knowledge of Kyriba treasury workstation and all other bank portals

  • Prepare and execute daily ACH and wire transfers, ensuring near perfect accuracy

  • Research and update miscellaneous receipt and payment GL coding for journal entries

  • Prepare corporate check deposits using remote deposit capture

  • Work with various internal stakeholders to add/void manual check issuances

  • Monitor alerts and research exceptions for Match Pay and the ACH Direct Debit module

  • Obtain deposit supplies and credit card merchant IDs for upcoming acquisitions

  • Manage activities required to control, record and report payment & banking transactions

  • Be the key contact person to help with cash management issues in a timely manner

  • Assist with administration related to the Smart Safe depository program

  • Participate in the preparation of both ad-hoc and month-end reporting and analysis

  • Act as system administrator for all online banking services

  • Manage overall bank account inventory, including the opening/closing of bank accounts

  • Complete biannual audit of bank authorized signatories to maintain KYC compliance

  • Maintain a database with all banking-related documentation

  • Work with internal stakeholders in maintaining a master depository location list

  • Assist with both internal and external audit requests as needed

  • Potential to assist with working capital reporting and tasks, where needed

  • Other ad-hoc duties and administrative department tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Treasury or Finance role

  • Experience with Google and Microsoft Suites (primarily Sheets and Excel)

  • Strong organizational skills and able to pay close attention to detail

  • Able to adapt to change and have a continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent with time management and capable of multi-tasking with limited supervision

  • Ability to solve problems and make educated decisions regarding cash management

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
