Job Description
Great opportunity with our respected Stevens Point client assisting a non-profit group... and offering a flexible part-time work schedule! We are seeking candidates with excellent computer skills as well as experience with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software.

This Foundation Assistant will be providing administrative support in areas such as charitable giving, grants, employee recognition, special events, strategic planning and clerical and reporting support.
Duties include:
  • Maintaining donation database by entering requests, attaching documents, initialing check requests with Finance, pulling and assembling data reports
  • Coordinating, promoting and overseeing employee volunteer program
  • With management approval, processing and tracking event and sales donation requests
  • Managing and ordering donated supplies and managing and coordinating in-kind donation requests
  • Supporting Executive Director with logistics with regard to annual events and strategic planning
  • Maintaining records for the Foundation
  • Special projects as assigned

Will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, typically between Monday-Thursday; can flex to work full days or partial days between the hours of 8am-4:30pm. This position is expected to go through October 2024, though a 2-3 month timeframe may be considered. Pay is between $16-20/hour, based on experience and skill.


Requirements:

  • Associates degree or at least 2 years experience in a professional business setting
  • Experience within public heath, non-profit or dental industry highly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite, with strong MS Excel knowledge (including formulas)
  • SharePoint experience preferred
  • Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database management required (such as Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational skill and high attention to detail
  • High energy, initiative, and creativity
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Analytical and problem solving skill
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
