As a Lead Banker, you will greet customers and actively engage in conversation with them to understand their banking needs and to recommend appropriate products and services. Through your knowledge of Think's products and services, you will be empowered to help our customers make informed decisions about their financial needs by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and assisting with opening and maintenance of accounts.
You will serve as a resource and leader for the Teller/Banker team to resolve more complex customer issues, assist in having effective customer conversations, and participate in the training and mentoring of new Tellers and Bankers.
