Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Campaign Senior Specialist is responsible for planning, supporting, and executing digital marketing campaigns for BDO USA. Job functions include campaign development, paid media planning and activation, full-funnel strategy, audience and persona alignment, and digital channel analysis and reporting.
In this role, the Digital Marketing Campaign Senior Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the digital elements of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Job Duties:
- Supports the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing management of digital campaigns and programs
- Serves as an internal resource to marketing professionals, industry groups, and business lines regarding integration of paid digital media and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinates meetings and collaborates with national marketing leaders and external agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies and digital advertising plans that align with the buyer journey
- Monitors and analyzes campaign performance to make recommendations for improvement
- Develops and executes paid digital media strategy across platforms including search, social, and display
- Works with external agencies (advertising, PR) in executing and monitoring an integrated media strategy across all advertising campaigns
- Works with business line and industry marketing leaders to create and leverage full-funnel content and build audience strategies
- Builds campaign reports for internal stakeholders using data and metrics from platforms such as Google Analytics, Marketo, and CRM
- Champions the BDO brand to ensure online marketing and communications reflect the firm's messages, positioning and visual identity

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, required; major in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or Business Administration, preferred
Experience:
- Four (4) or more years of digital marketing experience, required
- Experience working within a professional services environment (i.e., accounting, financial consulting, business advisory services and/or banking industries), preferred
License/Certifications:
Software:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, marketing automation software (i.e., Marketo), preferred
- Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, DV360), preferred
- Experience with Google tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio), preferred

- Proven success in the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing management of online marketing campaigns and programs
- Excellent project management skills and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing process and service providers (internal and external) to accomplish desired results
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with ability to write for online media
- Knowledge with all phases of campaign management including planning, execution, and reporting
- Knowledge producing digital campaign reports (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledgeable of Google tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio) and management of paid channels (Google search and display, programmatic, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills, consultative approach to working with marketing and client service professionals at all levels
- Knowledge of SEO and how organic and paid strategies can work in harmony
- Ability to understand and communicate BDO business, marketplace and value proposition
- Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented, matrixed environment
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics and their application in a professional services organization
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $71,000 - $77,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $71,000 - $77,000
