We are currently seeking a BPO Business Support Senior Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

This is a BPO Business Support Senior Analyst role,

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.

Wage is $48,132 and hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST.Schedules are subject to change to meet business needs.Must live in the Continental United States for this remote role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of demonstrated expertise in life insurance OR annuities; understanding of products and concepts.
  • 1 year of experiencecommunicating with insurance company home officesensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • 1 year of experience with technical writing for creating clear and concise documentation.
  • 1 year of experience in coordinating or leading special projects

Responsibilities:

In this Role you willinteract both with members of the Admin team and directly with our client to resolve policy issues and analyze processes for accuracy.

  • Life Insurance and annuityexperience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated client service skills.
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills.
  • Works with Client Insurance Carriers related to life insurance inquiries.
  • Assists team with escalated client or account issues.
  • Interacts with clients and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrates professional courtesy and represents the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications.
  • Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends for root cause analysis.
  • Highest-level of support on programs, projects, reporting, filing for the BPO organization (electronic and hard copy), confidential materials handling, and issue resolution through experiences performing the role.
  • Subject matter expert in particular area of administrative support.
  • Assists to review, update and implement process and policy improvements.
  • Utilizes and promotes best practice processes around work assignments, project work, and quality of services output while maximizing overall team performance.
  • Regularly responsible for accessing, organizing, and maintaining confidential company information.
  • Coordinates/leads special projects.
  • Advanced writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature. Expert client service skills. Exceptional organization and time management skills.

New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.

*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.

Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
