Job Summary

Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency andproductivity of manufacturing operations.


* Follow up on the 6S+ program in the plant by teaching, supporting , and facilitating workshops.
* Collect data and assist to the preparation of Kaizen events (time studies, waste analysis, balance charts, define playbooks)
* Teach, implement, and support daily management system deployment and maturity.
* Focus improvements as assigned.


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft office
* Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Minimum of 0 - 2 years' experience in manufacturing
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* Associate degree in engineering or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
