Responsibilities
- Performs complex preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of buildings.
- Working under general direction, monitors building system operations and performance.
- Has critical, specialized knowledge required of facility locations.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience and/or training in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
Preferred Job Requirements
- Journeyman's Electrician License
- Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's
