The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis ("FP&A") team, performing analyses of monthly results and supporting strategic projects.

  • The position will require keen financial analysis skills and a willingness to learn and support the FP&A team. Curiosity, collaboration, and communication skills are important traits in this role.
  • The Financial Analyst must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment after directions are provided by more senior team members.
  • This position will assist with various special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
  • This critical position is a hybrid role in the Philadelphia, PA, office.


What you will do:

  • Support Senior Financial Analyst and Manager FP&A in the performance of monthly analysis of financial results (Company, Region, Operating Companies); variance analysis; preparation and consolidation of files and information for analytics.
  • Assist and maintain Power BI dashboards, as assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst or the Manager.
  • Participate in and support special projects.
  • Provide other financial support services / ad-hoc financial analyses to finance organizations and other stakeholders.
  • Support and participate in the annual budget and forecasting process.
  • Provide data input for presentations based on defined requirements, e.g., data for board presentations, budget, and forecast presentations.

What you bring:


Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
  • At least 1-3 years of previous experience performing analysis on monthly results and supporting strategic projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Financial analysis, and Quantitative skills are required.
  • Power BI skills preferred.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • CPA/Public Accounting experience (preferred)
