IT Project Manager

Job Description:

As an IT Project Manager, you willbedelivering ongoing IT management and solutions to the small/medium-sized business market. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, coordination, and management, playing a pivotal role in ongoing customer engagement. Additionally, you will oversee project management services for any project work undertaken, including developing project timelines, facilitating client interactions, and providing status updates both internally and with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison, delivering ongoing IT management and solutions to small/medium-sized businesses.
  • Manage customer onboarding, coordination, and management, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing engagement.
  • Handle tasks such as invoicing, agreement management, and IT equipment procurement for managed services clients.
  • Oversee project management services for any project work undertaken, including developing project timelines, facilitating client interactions, and providing status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored IT solutions that empower our clients' success.
  • Nurture client relationships and collaboratively develop solutions for mutual prosperity.
  • Meet high expectations for client satisfaction and project delivery, with full support from the entire organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of IT management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience with IT equipment procurement and vendor management is a plus.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.
