Job Highlights
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the global marketing team of Business Unit (BU) Lubricant Additives, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute strongly to key BU Target KPI's like EBITDA, Working Capital, etc.
  • Develop global marketing strategies for the Lubricants Additives BU, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Drive market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes for strategic decision-making. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, collaborating with regional marketing / sales teams to tailor strategies for specific market dynamics.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and optimize existing product portfolios. Drive market penetration and expansion initiatives, ensuring a strong competitive position in key regions.
  • Collaborate with Application Technology teams to effectively manage New Business Development pipelines including successful product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, Global Application Technology, Strategy & Development, Global Operations, Supply Chain Management, Controlling and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and contribute to the professional development of team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing global marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Knowledge in the lubricants industry of advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in global marketing, with a focus on the lubricants or related industrial sectors.
  • Ability to express ideas and information clearly and concisely withactive listening skills.
  • Work productively with others, seek opportunities to bring people together.
  • Persuasiveness / negotiation - gain acceptance of ideas through communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage time well while maintaining communication with the team.
  • Computer proficiencywith expertise in the use of Microsoft office software package.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25 percent of the time.
  • This is anON-SITE role in the Shelton, Connecticut office.

The established starting pay range for this position is $189,300. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
