Job Description
* Research, design, develop, implement, and evaluate technical and non-technical training programs using a blended learning approach
* Design, develop, and revise instructor-led and virtual training materials as business needs require and to ensure all content is up-to-date to include applicable government regulations and bank policies
* Follow established standards of quality and conformity to ensure high standards of learning materials, including interactive activities, job aids, reference guides, and competency-based evaluations. Evaluate effectiveness of all content
* Assist the team to track, report, and analyze key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness
* Responsible for ensuring that all instructional materials, whether maintained by our team or created for other departments, adhere to style guide standards, demonstrating consistency and professionalism
* Manage multiple projects concurrently
* Collaborate and establish rapport with subject matter experts throughout First National Bank Texas, its affiliates, and First Community Services to ensure accuracy of information and develop/update content accordingly
* Maintain a personal level of career development via online communities, etc.
* Travel as needed to meet business requirements
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting and/or stationary position for extended periods of time
* Operate a computer and other office machinery a majority of the time
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* Bachelor degree required in a related field and/or equivalent work experience in instructional design including eLearning experience
* Minimum of 1 year experience in the application of current instructional design theories and methodologies, Virtual learning creation, adult learning and accelerated learning theories, and best practices in the design of skills-based training programs
* Proven writing skills following generally accepted rules of style and format
* Must possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and project management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, WebEx, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snag-it, Audiate, and Vyond
* Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Basic knowledge of SCORM standards
* Ability to organize, rank, and manage rapidly changing priorities and technologies
* Banking or financial services experience preferred
* Ability to collaborate on complex creative projects
* Must be able to get along with coworkers and work effectively in a team environment
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
