CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Workday Adaptive Financial Systems Analyst to join our talented Financial Systems team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role provides day-to-day support of Workday Adaptive financial management platforms. This role is a technical resource to all of Finance and firm wide functional departments.

How you'll create opportunities in this Financial Systems Analyst role:

  • Provide technical and functional expertise in supporting Workday Adaptive Planning Functions, budgeting forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct needs assessments with internal customers on report requirements; write or modify basic custom reports based on user requirements.
  • Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service. Participate in the review, design, development, testing, training and deployment of new functionality, including biannual releases.
  • Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of report data to ensure data integrity
  • Manage system performance and resolve system issues

What you will need:

  • 1 year of ERP or related experience required. Workday Adaptive Planning experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Information Technology or related degrees are preferred.
