As a business analyst, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the Plan to Make configurations, programs, and RICEFW elements. You will work in collaboration with other product owners and business process leaders to deliver effective end-to-end processes that drive business transformation. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with team (product manager, product owners, business analysts, business process leaders, vendors, solution integrators) to develop and clarify vision and scope.
  • Assist with the development of a point of view on additional long-term support needed.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment.
  • Assist with driving the deliverables and decomposing features into clearly articulated stories and acceptance criteria within the product team.
  • Collaborate with the product owner and other stake holders to prioritize incoming demand and scope (backlog).
  • Maintain knowledge processes to support training/learning opportunities.
  • Apply Business Analysis and agile principles to elicit, understand, document the requirements, and feasible options for review and decisions. This may require leading meetings/workshops.
  • Map prioritized requirements with application configuration (M3 and 3rd Party tools)
  • Work with stake holders to document user acceptance criteria (functional and non-functional).
  • In partnership with QA resources, develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including integrations, workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.
  • Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be processes.
  • Assist in conducting research of software solutions (Built/Bought) to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts as needed.
  • Assist support team when needed to aid in the closure of support topics
  • Perform impact analysis on monthly code changes from ERP vendor
  • Develop and maintain solid understanding of the Pulp & Paper industry.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Infor M3 and appropriate 3rd Party and custom software features, behavior and high-level architecture.
  • Mentor Jr. level Business Analysts in support of their learning opportunities
  • Willing to travel up to 25% to see mill operations


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience designing, supporting, and configuring Manufacturing and/or Planning functions and integrations in an ERP.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience conducting and leading discovery workshops, design, and configurations


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Infor M3 Multitenant ERP
  • Experience in Pulp and Paper industry.
  • Experience as a lead analyst in a cross functional environment
  • Experience integrating with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or ERP systems
  • Working Knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or equivalent OR equivalent M3 Certifications.
