Job Description

This position is responsible for the implementation of product commercialization. Interact with all functional areas within the Value Stream organization. Coordinate cross-functional activities that may include the following: marketing sales, planning, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, materials, production and cost accounting as required to meet the goals for assigned product commercialization projects.


This position does not have direct reports.

Works with Quality, Production, Engineering, Marketing, and related departments as required. Organize and direct as necessary to ensure successful project milestones are achieved.

-Responsible of all aspects of the product commercialization process including project function, schedule, and budget.
-Working with other functional departments, develop project implementation plans.
-Track projects compared to plan with focus on function, schedule and budget.
-Coordinate team activities to meet all the projects goals.
-Monitor project results and communicate any shortfalls with the project team and management.
-Recommend corrective action when a project plan does not meet objectives.
-Hold regular update meetings.
-Track and monitor projected product costs.
-Support and participate in all Lean activities.

-Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Marketing.
-2-3 years of job-related experience.
-PC literate (MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Project, and AutoCAD preferred.)
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with contacts.
-Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
