Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or other business related field is required. A Master's degree or advanced certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CPSC, PMP) is preferred.
* Relevant experience in utilities, energy, manufacturing, or construction industry is preferred.
* Requires 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, risk management, or related field and a deep understanding of supply chain management, sourcing and supplier relationship and risk management principles and application within a center-led Supply Chain.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across many functional areas
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to supply chain risk management.
* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills are highly desired with additional proficiencies in the use of other Microsoft Office tools including Access, Project and Visio.

* Highly organized and efficient, with a proven ability to streamline business support processes.
* Excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Successful candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
Working conditions will vary from office to field environment. Must be able to work additional hours, both indoors and outdoors, on short notice in all types of weather.
