HDR is seeking a Business Group Manager (BGM) to lead and grow our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in Northern California.
This position works closely and collaboratively with all HDR Area Operations, Business Groups and Market Sectors, and coordinates business practices and project delivery services with markets in the Company that require building engineering services.
Primary Responsibilities
This senior level position is primarily responsible for delivering results through the leadership and management of a team of client development, market sector, and project delivery leaders along with technical staff located in Northern California. The team provides broad-based engineering, consulting, and planning, along with program and project management services to both internal and external clients.
In partnership with the Area Operations Manager and the Regional Business Group Director, prepares annual revenue forecasts and budgets and monitors performance of the BES Business Group. Also helps identify, champion, win, and facilitate projects that match the expertise and developmental goals of the staff.

The expected compensation range for this position is $162,624.00 - $264,000.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
