This position has been created to assist our clinics in a supervisor capacity upon temporary vacancies due to resignations, leave of absence, ect. The individual will occupy on average a 3 month assignment (timeframe may be more or less) to assist at our clinics as far south as Oak Creek and as far north as Kewaskum.


Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the department manager/ site director, supervises and coordinates staff and activities that support department and site operations. Supports staffing model requirements, identifies and plans for staff education and competency needs and evaluates the work performance of clinic personnel. Participates in the budgeting process and enforces standards for quality and customer service, supporting the organization's strategic priorities. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

a minimum of one year of experience in a lead, charge or supervisory role is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Graduate of a post high school program that resulted in a technical diploma, certificate, associates or higher degree. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
