About This Opportunity

MillerKnoll is looking for a Manager, Digital Product Portfolio - Dealer Business Systems to join our Dealer Technology team. As a Manager, Digital Product Portfolio - Dealer Business Systems, you will own and support requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery of new features and functionality in our dealer systems environment, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and post-sale digital tools. The person in this role will lead the team in the successful development, management and enablement of the portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for defining and executing a multi-year product strategy for Dealer Business Systems, with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities
  • Responsible for helping drive profitable contract business growth through dealer technology roadmap, adoption and engagement
  • Represents the voice of the dealer to internal teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement with our digital capabilities
  • Defines product features and requirements and leads the implementation of new digital products and/or digital product updates.
  • Ensures that all necessary user acceptance, performance, and post production testing is conducted and documented according to MillerKnoll testing guidelines.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams to implement and maintain product features.
  • Drives execution through prioritization of large enterprise level projects and initiatives
  • Manages third party vendors for their portfolio of products
  • Leads complex tactical and strategic decision-making regarding product functionality
  • Responsible for frequent and accurate communication to stakeholders
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of demonstrated success in a hands-on digital, business, sales or IT role
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant field

Strong experience managing ERP technology
Demonstrated success in a customer-centric role
Demonstrated formal leadership of people
Experience leading cross-functional project teams
Experience with agile methodologies and core technologies (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Strong analytics skills (Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, Business Objects, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication ability, with strong emphasis on listening, facilitation, and customer-facing presentation skills

Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills

Experience with furniture or related industry preferred
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

A starting compensation range for this role is $112,550.00 - $142,500.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
