This position is hybrid based out of our Waltham, MA. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

The Sales Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role within the Sales Intelligence Team by helping provide actionable insights and key performance indicators (KPIS) through dashboards and reports to help ensure our sales organization is efficient and effective in achieving its goals. They will specialize in analyzing data to help evaluate sales targets and activities, while identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.

Your impact:

  • Develop, present, and maintain key dashboards and reports for all levels of our sales organization to help facilitate self-service analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for sales to upsell and cross-sell to existing BEPL customers to increase revenue streams and account stickiness.
  • Support strategic planning by providing analyses that enable the company to create competitive and incentivizing commission plans that align with BEPL objectives and strategies.
  • Partner with BI development on lead scoring, enabling sales to target high-potential leads and prospects most likely to convert.
  • Assist with sales pipeline optimization by monitoring the pipeline and analyzing metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Complete ad-hoc requests (analyze, interpret, and deliver trends in our data to share with key decision makers and stakeholders).

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Analytics, MIS).
  • 2-3 years of experience working in an analytical role.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
  • Experience with the development of dashboards and reports.
  • Salesforce and Salesforce CRMA experience required.
  • Turn datasets into well designed visual representations that inspire action.
  • Meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work independently as part of a team.
  • Understand sales strategies and objectives to deliver analytics that align with their needs.
