Job Description

General Information:

Hitachi Energy is hiring a Maintenance Scheduler at our Crystal Springs, MS location. The Maintenance Scheduleris responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the spare parts inventory and issuing preventative maintenance assignments, distributing them and make revisions as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all activities under his responsibility are addressed in the respective health and safety risk analysis, and required controls are defined to conduct the work safely.

  • Manage inventory level of spare parts.
  • Do the required transactions in SAP for stock movements and purchasing parts.
  • Ensure that daily preventive maintenance activities are planned and executed properly.
  • Oversee any work carried out in his/her area from health and safety and quality perspectives.
  • Support in development of the procedures, instructions, or any other document for execution of the activities.
  • Support the team members' training.

Your Background:

  • Associate degree (may consider non-degree candidate with significant years of experience).
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance.
  • Experience in using SAP.
