As a valued member of our team, you'll actively engage with guests, showcasing the myriad benefits of MGM Rewards, enrolling new members, and delivering unparalleled service.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:$17.00/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage guests proactively and enthusiastically as you provide information about MGM Rewards and enroll new customers while navigating designated property areas.

• Complete all necessary enrollment information neatly and accurately while protecting the confidentiality of customer information and company documents and files under immediate control

• Provide excellent service and maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests and employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of confidently approaching customers

• Someone enthusiastic and eager to tackle new challenges

• Enjoys problem-solving and is adept at handling challenging scenarios with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced hospitality environment

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or conventions

• Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
