Description

As a member of the Leadership Team, this position provides leadership and supervision of day to day operations and staff within the CLTS Program. This position administers, interprets, implements and endures compliance of organizational policies and procedures within the assigned area. The CLTS Program manager collaborates with staff from Milwaukee County and direct service providers to ensure children in the CLTS program receive quality information and services. This position works closely with Curative's Director of Children's Services to support the overall mission and vision of Curative Care Network, Inc.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide leadership and supervision of day to day operations and staff within area(s) of responsibility.
  • Communicates organizational direction to departmental staff.
  • Administers, interprets, trains, implements and ensures compliance of organizational policies and procedures within assigned area(s).
  • May plan, develop and/or direct programs and/or services within assigned area(s).
  • Assists in budget preparation and monitors budget throughout the year.
  • Assists with collection of data, analysis and reporting required by funding sources as well as by internal quality monitoring systems.
  • Facilitate staff engagement, quality improvement, and program growth.
  • Monitors service utilization
  • Communicates program changes to families, funding sources and providers
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team as a cooperative and supportive team member
  • Ensure program meets all county, state and federal compliance requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Business Management, Health Care Administration or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) year experience that includes at least three (3) years in supervisory role
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience coordinating client services in a field of developmental disabilities or related field
  • Experience in scheduling, clinic supervision, or similar health care/human services setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to exemplify customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in addition to having highly proficient problem solving skills, excellent time management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to exhibit objectivity, tact, highly effective interpersonal skills in dealing with a large diverse staff team in addition to internal/external customers.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and payer requirements for Children's Long Term Support Program is desired.
  • Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Must be able to pass the Wisconsin Waiver Training within the first month of employment
