Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Two (2) years of clerical and customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Performs diversified office support and administrative functions requiring specialized customer service financial knowledge.
  • Office support functions performed at this level are moderate to complex in nature, requiring the coordination of several specific tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in processing information.
  • Researches and provides verification of information requests from department field personnel, including memos, logs, and other records.
  • Processes daily accounting task, i.e. calculating bills, receiving payments and issuing receipts.
  • Performs other related duties.
