Summary

Energy Transfer Crude Marketing LLC is currently seeking a dynamic, personable, and professional Division Owner Relations Coordinator. This position will be responsible for providing support to the Owner Relations Hotline by answering royalty owner calls and responding to owner inquiries. This position is located at the Company's downtown Houston office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Owner Relations Hotline by answering owner phone calls and responding to owner
  • inquires via email
  • Research customer information and take any necessary steps to follow up on actionable items
  • Perform any required system work in order to maintain customer information
  • Submit requests to various groups to update customer information such as Tax ID and banking information
  • Log customer phone calls and email inquiries in Salesforce
  • Perform ad-hoc requests as needed to provide support to the Division Order Analysts and team

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed as follows:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior call center or division order experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks assigned by multiple sources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to adapt well to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
  • Organized, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work with minimal instruction
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Flexibility regarding workload and priorities
  • Possess a positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of SAP PRA and/or Salesforce
  • Previous customer service experience and/or working for a hotline answering customer inquiries

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Usually, normal office working conditions
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing
