Customer Service Representative- Sales

MUST:
Experienced Customer Service Representative Sales
2+ year of retail sales experience
Durable Medical Equipment knowledge is a plus
Experience answering busy phones
Attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
Basic computer ease, comfort, and fluency or the ability to quickly gain necessary skills.
Ability to learn to operate equipment correctly and safely
Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
High school education or equivalent
Class A or B CDL is highly preferred
DUTIES:
Customer Service Representative Sales will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Providing excellent and effective customer service when assisting external and internal customers during product inquiries, order placement, general questions, reimbursement criteria and insurance verification information.
Understanding current reimbursement requirements and articulating this to patients and referrals.
Must be able to multi-task, answering incoming phone lines, as well as placing outgoing phone calls to follow up on documentation needs and coordinate equipment deliveries.
Works closely with sales, RT, dispatch, billing and the warehouse staff.
