Many companies offer benefits, but have you worked in a place where the employees are happy to come to work every day? The length of tenure of some of our employees demonstrates our employees' commitment to the company and their satisfaction. As part of valuing our employees, MSC offers a bonus program and a 401K plan with company match to assist with planning for your future retirement. Paid time off allows flexibility, and we offer a four-day workweek for some positions. At MSC, understanding the employee's needs beyond employment is essential, too. The company provides Group term life insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability to protect the employee's salary when needed. Employees can elect additional benefits such as Supplemental Group term life, Supplemental Accidental Death, Dismemberment, and Group Accident Insurance.
