Salary: The expected pay rate for this position is $25.00-$30.00 per hour. The actual pay rate offered may vary on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications and/or location.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Parts and Service Administrator at AES is entrusted with representing the company's core principles in all interactions with our valued customers. This vital role primarily involves supply chain management encompassing purchasing, invoicing, and the meticulous management of spare parts inventory. The Parts and Service Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting air-side maintenance shops, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining comprehensive service records, and upholding the integrity of our parts database.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance activity support:
  • Assist in generating the work orders for the Technicians and checking the available inventory for the upcoming assignment.
  • Processing completed work orders.
  • Assist in the planning of workloads, based on equipment requirements.
  • Perform data entry in the system for equipment service records as well as labor records.
  • Assist in generating reports and gathering data as needed.
Parts management:
  • Research parts vendors and establish local vendors when required.
  • Perform inventory management functions: Shipping/ receiving/ location control
  • Responsible for Cycle count and accuracy.
  • Determine and manage proper inventory stock levels required based on utilization and upcoming work orders.
Administration:
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Assist the Supervisor and Manager with office management tasks
  • Data entry as required

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • CIT: establish standards and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain skills by attending training classes, special technical and administration courses; seminars, exhibits and trade shows as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must have good verbal and written communication. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • 2 years of related experience and a broad knowledge of ERP systems.
  • 2 years of purchasing experience
  • Inventory management knowledge preferred but not required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Computer and office programs knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language
  • Ability to work both as a team and/or independently
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • No travel restrictions

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
