Summary:

The Global Consumer Marketing Manager Continence Care is responsible for supporting the Continence Care marketing strategy through defining and leading consumer and marketing strategies. The Global Consumer Marketing Manager will collaborate with peers in Global Marketing Continence Care, Global Consumer Marketing and local BUs to recommend and align on strategies that support brand-marketing needs. Hollister operate a hyrbid-working model with attendance required at our Winnersh Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-user retention by driving and increasing to our database, utilizing a variety of digital strategies and leveraging and partnering with existing global consumer programs
  • Create, test and execute campaigns and develop metrics intended to drive upgrades, utilizing in-depths knowledge of continence care product portfolio, business goals and challenges
  • Engage with Patient Associations to influence and better understand methods and opportunities to drive end-user upgrades
  • Demonstrates, applies knowledge and continually refines use of best-practices around consumer and marketing for Continence Care end-users
  • Collaborate with Global Digital Marketing and other local Business Units to ensure alignment in strategies and adherence to branding.
  • Continually builds superior patient/end-user knowledge through developing customer relationships, traveling with the sales team and meeting with customers
  • Demonstrates patient knowledge, preferred communication methods, in order to influence increased engagement through personalized campaigns
  • Manage the budget for assigned projects within set parameters
  • Evaluate and standardize processes where relevant and applicable
  • Understand services offered in the different countries and to optimize offerings
  • Map and identify opportunities for engagement through patient pathways
  • End user/ patient content generation

Work Experience Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical device or healthcare industry with product launch experience
  • Experience of working with end users/ patients
  • Experience working in a global capacity preferred
  • Digital marketing

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Post degree Marketing Qualification (e.g. Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing) highly preferred

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate good project management skills
  • Collaborative with ability to lead and influence cross-functionally
  • Experience with the development of collateral marketing materials and market research
  • Marketing discipline, experience in consumer marketing
  • Innovative, organized, motivated, high-energy team player
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening communications and presentation skills
  • Understanding of regulatory/ advertising body requirements
