Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting E2E testing using handheld smartphone or other mobile devices connected to the Mobility Lab Network using any of the following technologies 3G/4G/LTE/5G NSA/SA.
  • Testing activities using user equipment (Ue) is conducted to validate initial network attachment for SIM Provisioning team to confirm network continuity and Lab certification.
  • In the event of any network anomalies experienced during testing, associate will be responsible for capturing network traces and logs, leveraging network analysing tools to examine traces and work with and across network platform owners or tier support groups for quick resolution. All testing will be conducted onsite in clients testing facilities.

Qualifications:

  • 8+years of E2E testing experience.
  • Experience in Mobile Applications and Testing tools.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
  • Should have consulting skills, including effective communication, expectation management, and results delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, leadership, and business partners
  • Execution focused with the ability to distill business needs into a clear execution plan.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or other relevant field (Required)
  • Advanced Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or other relevant field (Preferred)

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/10/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000.00 to $145,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
