Position Purpose/Summary: Performs various secretarial and maintenance functions for contact center agents and management. Also assist contact center management in the preparation of correspondence and other presentations.

This opportunity is available for either a Full-Time (40hrs/week) OR Part-Time Plus (30hrs/week) position based on candidate availability - PLEASE BE SURE TO INDICATE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN FULL-TIME or PART-TIME PLUS EMPLOYMENT.

Education & Experience: We pride ourselves in our advocacy for education, growth, and opportunity for experience at Visions Federal Credit Union. This position would minimally require a high school education, with preference for a certificate or degree in financial areas or customer service and/or one to two years' experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Due to the nature of this role in dealing with members on an on-going basis, the position requires (and is not limited to):

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility (able to adapt to changing environment).
  • Positively communicate with diverse employee and membership population while providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong computer and math skills, adherence to confidentiality, detail-oriented.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately type, take dictation and transcribe as needed.
  • Working knowledge of Credit Union product and service offerings preferred, along with understanding of business terminology and procedures.

Compensation Range: $17.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
