Purpose:

As a Product Application Support Senior Associate, you will provide sophisticated problem-solving, analysis, and support for software application and/or data issues. You will also support external users on all aspects of user-reported anomalies or questions involving software.

What you will do:

* Deal directly with internal and external customers to ascertain problems and assist in resolving issues while striving to build and maintain strong customer relations and partnerships.

* Troubleshoot, test, and coordinate to resolve reported software and/or data issues while providing status to internal and external clients on a timely basis with limited supervision.

* Document internal processes and/or business requirements from external sources.

* Review progress of and evaluate projects in terms of results achieved.

* Provide internal and external application training/presentations.

* Aid in implementing and upgrading customers.

* Mentor lower-level associates.

To be successful in this role, you will have
  • High school or equivalent education (Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Strong QNXT skills
  • Strong MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
  • Proven analytical and research skills
  • Proven attention to detail

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $43,900 to $112,600, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
