JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Productivity and Enablement Director to support our Americas Enterprise Sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers. This Sales organization is focused on a Landing and Expanding in Commercial and Enterprise Accounts for Commvault!

Reporting to the Head of Global Productivity and Enablement, you will combine your past B2B Field Sales experience and proven success, as well as your coaching skills to drive operational excellence! This role requires you to be both a strategic problem solver, as well as a practitioner - willing to engage tactically whenever vital to drive that operational excellence.

Your credibility as a past seller will be a driving force behind your success. This includes your ability to embed yourself into the field (virtually and in-person), gaining the intimate knowledge vital to understand areas of strength that will shape standard processes, as well as areas to improve.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong working relationships with Americas sales leaders and becoming an integral part of their extended team helping to improve efficiency to accelerate growth.

  • Identify and understand day-to-day challenges and will build programs to quickly close those gaps.

  • Provide strategic mentorship and thought leadership to Sales leaders on frameworks, tools or process improvements to ensure business success.

  • Collaborate with your International Productivity peer on best practices to facilitate, actively promote, and influence adoption as part of our effort to drive global consistency.

  • Inspect and continually observe in-field activity through direct engagement to ensure that there is a disciplined approach to using the processes advised by Commvault to drive consistency and efficiency (i.e., MEDDICC, Account Plan, Technical Opportunity Document, cadenced customer touchpoints, etc.)

  • Provide direction and mentorship to the Enablement content teams on quarterly learning and development requirements for the Americas Sales team.

  • Proactively collaborate and communicate across the enablement team to ensure that our efforts are aligned for efficiency.

  • Maintain the strategic plan for Americas enablement and quarterly business review including KPI's to measure success and impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of collective experience as a quota carrying Field B2B sales representative and Sales Enablement Specialist with a minimum of five years as a direct seller.

  • Proactive collaborator - confidence to drive meaningful engagement with Senior leaders and cross functional teams in a consultative manner including sharing your point of view, and jointly collaborating on solutions that will drive our success.

  • High energy, engaging, and inspiring personality.

  • Product and Industry Knowledge - stay abreast of our product portfolio, key benefits, business value, positioning, and differentiation in the market.

  • Strategic and structured problem solver. Ability to translate and frame business needs into a strategy and the tactical steps necessary to execute.

  • BA or BS or equivalent experience in a business or technical field

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$165,500 - $287,500
